Q. Can I print the the soft copy of ebook into a hard copy?
A. Yes, the setting has been done to allow for printing. You have the flexibility to print out a hard copy and create into your favourite book binding, for your own convenience.

Q. I wanted to buy. But when I clicked on the CLICK HERE TO BUY "ULTIMATE 3-IN-1" NOW, nothing popped out and there was no order form for me to key in. What could be the problem?
A. Did you set your computer to block popups? There should be a message prompting "Popups were blocked on this page. Press the "Ctrl" key when clicking to allow popups". All you need to do is hold down or press the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, then at the same time use your mouse to click onto the CLICK HERE TO BUY "ULTIMATE 3-IN-1" NOW button and the order form will pop up for you to fill in your details.

Q. Would there be any problem in downloading the ebook?
A. The system of downloading the ebook has been tried and tested many times to ensure you can download with ease. So, there should not be any problem in downloading. However, should you face persistent problem in downloading, please email to support@Mount-Kinabalu.com. We will try our best to address the problem as soon as possible.

Q. When will I get to download the ebook?
A. After you have made your payment with your credit card and it is confirmed cleared, a simple and clear instruction for downloading will be available to you, in minutes. Please note that sometimes the bank may take longer than usual to confirm your credit card payment, hence the processing will be delayed too. As such, please allow time for your payment to be processed or check with your bank later regarding the debiting of your account.

Q. How do I claim my Bonus Gifts of the 77 Hotels in Kota Kinabalu & Kundasang or/and Cramps for the Mountaineer?
A. Just follow the instruction to download the ebook, which will be given to you after your credit card payment is cleared. You will be downloading a zip file that contains the eGuidebook or/and the Bonus Gifts.

Q. What happen if I open the zip file(ebooks) from the web browser and forget to save it after that?
A. There is an option to open the zip file(ebooks) directly from your browser(e.g Internet Explorer), to read it. If you forget to save it after you have logoff from your computer, you will not be able to retrieve it back. Please be reminded to save a copy of the ebook first into your computer, a disk or a CD-Rom, before you even open the ebook.

Q. When I clicked onto the CLICK HERE TO "ORDER PAGE" NOW, I ended in a Place Your Order Here page. I remember there is a GUIDE ORDER LIST box at the bottom of the main page. So, where do I click to order your eGuide?
A. You can click to order your eGuide on either the "Place Your Order Here" page or at the "GUIDE ORDER LIST" box at the bottom of the main page.

Q. What can I buy?
A. You can buy the Ultimate 3-in-1 Guide, Crown Jewels Guide or Jasper Guide - total 3 guides package. Please refer to the "Place Your Order Here" page or "GUIDE ORDER LIST" for the ebooks available in the respective guide.
